Working principle of direct discharge sifter

The direct discharge sifter uses the vibration motor as the excitation source. The vibration motor uses two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at the upper and lower ends of the shaft to change the rotary motion of the vibration motor into multiple forces of horizontal, vertical, inclined and centrifugal force. And then transmitting this kind of force to the screen surface, so that the material is fully dispersed and quickly passed through the screen mesh into the lower bunker.The magnitude of the excitation force and the trajectory of the material can be changed by changing the phase angle and weight of the upper and lower eccentric blocks.
