DZC vertical vibration elevator is a new type of high efficiency lifting machinery.It conveys material upward along the spiral conveying trough,the material is transported quantificationally with continuous conveying capacity adjustment.In addition to transporting materials from bottom to top, this series of hoists can also complete the drying and cooling of materials.DZC vertical vibration elevator has two structures: slotted vertical vibration elevator and closed vertical vibration elevator.According to the requirements of different processes, we can design the screening elevator for the grading of granular materials and the elevator for flammable and explosive materials.
DZC series motor vibration vertical vibration elevator is composed of elevating slot, vibration motor, vibration damping system and two vibration motors of the same type.The DZC vertical vibration elevator uses a vibration motor as the excitation source,the center line of the vibration motor is installed at a certain angle and rotates in the opposite direction and in self-synchronization,the component of centrifugal force produced by the eccentric block of the vibration motor at each instantaneous position in rotation moves reciprocally along the throwing direction, which makes the whole body supported on the shock absorber vibrate continuously and makes the material move upward while being thrown up in the lifting trough,When the material falls into the feeding trough, it begins to be thrown up,and then the material can be fully contacted with the air at this time,it can also play the role of cooling.
