The roller sieve machine, referred to as roller screen, is a new type of screening equipment widely used in sorting technology.It overcomes the problems of screen clogging which occurs when the circular vibrating screen and the linear screen are used to screen the wet materials, and improves the productivity and reliability of the screening system.
Roller screen is widely used in power plants, coking plants, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining and other industries. It is suitable for screening materials of various properties, such as coal, coal gangue, coke,quick lime,calcium hydroxide and other wet or easy to block materials.

5. The working environment is good, the whole screening is sealed with a sealed isolation cover, which completely removes the phenomenon of dust flying and block splash during the screening cycle, and avoids pollution to the working environment.
6. The equipment is low in noise, and the entire screening mechanism is designed in the sealed isolation cover, so that noise can not be transmitted to the outside, thus reducing equipment noise.
7. Easy maintenance, the equipment sealing cover can be disassembled, and it will not affect the normal operation of the machine after disassembly, and the maintenance is very convenient.
When the roller screen is working,the motor is connected with the roller device through a coupling, which drives the roller device to rotate around its axis.After the material enters the roller device, due to the tilting and rotation of the roller device, the material on the sieve surface is turned over and rolled, and the material is separated from the top to the bottom through the grading screen. Due to the different screen sizes, the materials are directly separated and screened.Thereby, the qualified material (the screen overflow) is discharged through the screen of the outer circle of the roller, and the unqualified material (the screen underflow) is discharged through the end of the roller.
