ZSM and DSM dewatering screen (dewatering vibrating screen) is a new type of dewatering screen developed by Dahan Company based on the actual production needs of China and advanced technology manufacturing at home and abroad. It is mainly used for dewatering and grading of fine-grained materials,and recovery of slime or tailings.

Working principle of dewatering vibrating screen

ZSM and DSM series dewatering screens are mainly composed of screen box, vibration exciter, supporting system and vibration motor.This series of dewatering screen adopts double motor self-synchronization technology, universal eccentric block and adjustable amplitude vibrator.Two disconnected  vibrators for synchronous reverse operation,the centrifugal force generated by two groups of eccentric weights is superimposed along the partial force in the vibration direction，the reverse centrifugal force is offset,thereby forming a single vibration in the direction of vibration to make the sieve box move in a reciprocating straight line.So as to achieve the effect of dehydration and separation.
