Application scope of mine heavy vibrating screen

It mainly used in metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, electricity, chemical and other industries, especially in the metallurgical industry. It is the most widely used screening machine under the blast furnace, coking plant and concentrating mill.

Working principle of mine heavy vibrating screen

ZSG series mine heavy vibrating screen is mainly composed of vibration exciter, screen body, screen mesh, vibration damping device and pedestal.When the ZSG series mine heavy vibrating screen is working, the exciting force generated by the vibration exciter is transmitted to the screen surface through the screen box. The exciting force generated by the vibrator is the vertical force, which forces the screen box to drive the screen surface to be displaced in the vertical direction.Under certain conditions, the material on the screen surface was thrown forward due to the exciting force,the material smaller than the sieve hole will pass through the sieve and fall to the lower layer.The trajectory of material on the screen surface is  projectile motion.Due to the repeated material movement in this cycle, after the material falls into the screen box from the feeding port, it quickly move forward, loosens, and sifts through the screen to complete the screening operation.
