Stainless steel vibrating screen is a light high-precision screening machine. It is based on the three-dimensional vibrating screen. The whole machine adopts 304 stainless steel material, which is clean and hygienic,so it is suitable for industries with high requirements for medicine, chemical industry and food. Stainless steel vibrating screen is mainly used for screening fine powder, fine powder, and dry and wet materials. It is widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, abrasive, ceramic, rubber, plastic and other industries.

Working principle of stainless steel vibrating screen

The stainless steel vibrating screen is used as the excitation source by the vertical motor. When the screen machine is started, the eccentric hammer installed on the upper and lower ends of the motor convert the rotary motion of the motor into a horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motion.This movement is transmitted to the screen surface. In this process, the material smaller than the diameter of the sieve hole falls through the sieve hole to the lower layer to become the qualified material, and the material larger than the diameter of the sieve hole is discharged from the outlet after continuous jumping movement, thereby completing the entire screening process.
